Paul, Nehemiah, Moe, handled the pack out for my PCS from Washington. They came in and carefully packed my whole apartment out. They were efficient and got things packed and loaded quickly. They also worked with me to help resolve some issues getting some large furniture out of my apartment. Highly recommend. They were nothing but professional.

They did a phenomenal job helping me prepare my entire house for the big move. From the moment the team arrived, they were professional, courteous, and incredibly efficient.What really stood out was their attention to detail in wrapping, packing, and prepping everything. They carefully wrapped all my furniture in protective blankets, shrink-wrapped delicate items, and packed fragile belongings with extra padding to ensure nothing would shift or break during transport. They even disassembled larger pieces and labeled boxes meticulously so unpacking would be a breeze.The crew worked tirelessly without rushing, treating my home and possessions like their own. No scratches on walls, no damage to anything. Moving is stressful, but Lincoln Moving made it completely hassle-free.If you're looking for movers who go above and beyond, especially with packing and prep, these are the guys! Highly recommend—worth every penny for the peace of mind. Five stars all the way!

Hands down the best moving crew we’ve had in 6 PCS moves! Sergio (our lead), Pacho, and Elena were an exceptional team—professional, polite, and incredibly hardworking they were miles ahead of every other movers. From the moment they arrived, they worked tirelessly and efficiently to make our delivery as smooth and stress-free as possible. Their attention to detail and respectful handling of our belongings truly stood out. We couldn’t have asked for a better team, and when it’s time for our next PCS, we’ll be crossing our fingers for this exact crew!

This was one of the smoothest moves we’ve had in recent years. We’ve moved multiple times—both within the state and internationally—and the team did everything possible to be accommodating. From scheduling the move to conducting the virtual walkthrough, everything was well-organized. The walkthrough helped prepare the moving crew to arrive with the right boxes for our items.On packing day, the team arrived 30 minutes late but called ahead to let us know they were running behind. This was very thoughtful, especially since we had young kids to drop off at school.Sergio, the team lead, is a veteran with experience in multiple military moves. He was not only efficient in packing and tracking our items but also understood the stress that comes with PCS moves. He ensured we knew exactly where our “parts box” was packed—something we hadn’t known to look for in previous moves. During our last move, it took days to locate all the different furniture parts. Sergio even sent me a few pictures of the disassembled furniture to make reassembly easier at our destination. He truly made packing look effortless.Elena was exceptional. She walked us through what could and couldn’t be included in the shipment. We sorted out restricted items before starting, which made expectations very clear. As a former military spouse, she also shared some helpful tips that my wife really appreciated. She was a great complement to the team.Paco, one of the support staff, had boundless energy. He was very careful with everything he packed. Even when he made a mistake, he was quick to apologize and remained cheerful throughout.The crew cleaned up all the packing materials, which saved us the hassle of disposing of a large amount of recyclables. They also communicated the next steps clearly, which was incredibly helpful, especially while juggling the needs of our children and preparing for our next assignment.One point of disappointment was with the crew that packed our UAB. They arrived very late (around 7 p.m.), were clearly exhausted, and rushed through the process. I worry that the boxes may not have been packed securely and could fall apart in transit. I would have removed a star for this, but the HHG packing team more than made up for it with their exceptional service and even apologized for the tardiness and rushed work of the UAB crew.Overall, the movers were highly efficient and knowledgeable about military moves. I look forward to seeing the condition of our shipment upon arrival, especially the UAB.

We simply had an amazing experience with Lincoln Moving and Storage. They were very communicative leading up to, on, and after moving day and were extremely friendly and courteous throughout the whole process. This move has been stressful on our family, but the actual moving day was simple and we felt at ease with Sergio, Elena, and their team taking care of us. They were even scheduled to pack and move on separate days but finished it all in one! Would recommend to anyone/everyone!

This was my first military PCS where I didn’t have the option to move myself so I was *NERVOUS* as hell and did way too much research and totally prepared for the worst move ever but these guys were AWESOME and I feel so much better than expected. I watched every single step (though I totally didn’t need to) and they handled all of my belongings with care and listened and respected every request I had. Super happy and I feel very lucky this is the company I was assigned. Wish they could follow me to my destination to unpack for me.

I had a fantastic experience with this moving company. The crew—Johan Molina, Paul Leuma, Pita Falevalu, Faafoi, and Victor Luna—was outstanding. Tim, Victor, Tawa (Tama) did a great job packing my home. My house was 1800ish square feet plus garage space. They did it in a day. They were very friendly and professional.
