Sometimes your move-out date and move-in date don’t match. When that happens, your things need a safe place to wait. Lincoln has more than 137,000 square feet of warehouse space across Kent, Everett, and Tacoma, so we have room for you, whether you need a few weeks or several years.

Kent: 57,000 square feet with 6 loading docks. More than 15 cameras monitor the building’s interior and exterior, and a manned security team is on-site.
Everett: 50,300 square feet with 6 loading docks. The site is gated, with a security check-in after business hours.
Tacoma: 30,000 square feet of climate-controlled space. Tacoma gets more than 40 inches of rain a year, so dry, steady storage matters.

No matter which warehouse holds your things, it is pest-controlled, flood-protected, and under 24/7 security surveillance. Our Kent and Everett warehouses also have fire suppression systems. Pallet racks and shelving keep everything organized, and temperatures stay steady around the clock, so heat and cold don’t harm your belongings.

If you only need a few items back, we offer partial delivery. There is no time limit on storage at our Kent and Everett warehouses. We can’t store food and drinks at those two locations.
